Wesley Hendricks is Director of Customer Success EMEA at Culture Amp, one of Vouch’s earliest users. He recently used Vouch to power their H2 kick off event. We caught up with him to find out how it went.
This kick off was special
“We just hosted our H2 kick off and during these kick offs, it's custom for us to add a customer segment. Often we invite customers live to the event and have discussions on stage with them. But this kickoff was special, as we had a lot of international guests over and wanted to show them what makes our region so unique. When we decided on the topic, we felt that it would have a lot of value to actually share this information with the wider global organization, and that's when we started thinking about using the power of video.”
My compliments to the user experience
"I did not watch one guide or video on how to use the tool! It’s all very self-explanatory and user friendly. I think the feature I used most was sharing specific answers, the download function and some of the editing functions. Again, all super simple to use.”
I really enjoyed using it
“I understand that the tool, at least at Culture Amp, is mostly used as a reference tool. But I really enjoyed using it for customer interviews. And I'm sure I'll be using this tool specifically from a customer success perspective to share more specific customer feedback with the internal organization.”
Three final things
"I love the platform, it’s super easy to use. I love the personal approach, your service, and the outreach and interactions that I have with you. And, thirdly, just keep up the good work!”
Three ways Vouch can power your next event
1. Screen your speakers
If you’re accepting applications for guest speakers, why not check out their credentials on camera? Including a Vouch video request within an application is as easy as inserting a link. That way you can check out how they talk about their proposed topic on camera before you add them to the bill, without the need for endless video calls.
2. Capture content in the moment
Vouch can generate a QR code for every campaign you create. This is perfect for in person events, as you can display it on the queuing systems, on programs, or even lanyards. This encourages your guests to record their on-the-spot reactions to your event.
3. Seek feedback from your guests
When your event is over, send a Vouch request to your audience to ask for their feedback. You could automate this process, so your guests can send their testimonial request the moment your event ends, while it’s all still fresh in their minds. You can use this footage for customer insights, or to help promote your next event.
