At Culture Amp we’re lucky to work with leaders from all over the globe 

They're doing really inspiring work to build strong employee experiences for their people. But the reality is, building a culture-first organisation isn't something that happens overnight. The leaders that we work with have a lot on their plate.

Leading Culture Amp's customer advocacy program, I've been focused on amplifying the voices of our customers, while also not distracting them from the really important work that they're doing. Vouch helps me achieve that.

Through Vouch, we’ve been able to scale our customer advocacy efforts, amplify more customer stories and also create a really strong advocacy experience for the leaders that we work with.

When we first started using Vouch at Culture Amp, it was primarily to help us scale our efforts in telling customer stories and to create a stronger advocacy experience for the leaders that we work with. 

However, since partnering with Vouch, it has become almost a household name within Culture Amp, with how many different teams are using it. I use it to tell customers stories. Our recruitment team has used it during candidate screenings. Teams all across the company have used it for internal recognition, giving shoutouts over video. 

The uses of Vouch are endless at Culture Amp because it's so easy. And I think that in a time when we all have tons to do, resources are strapped, Vouch just helps us achieve our goals and put a face and a voice behind everything that we're doing. So I love Vouch and I will recommend it to anybody!

Vouch is one of the simplest tools that I have ever used 

It is very easy to learn how to use it. And it's also easy for our customers to use when they're recording customer stories

On the other side, one of my favourite things about Vouch is honestly the team behind the tool. The people who work at Vouch truly feel like an extension of my team. And as somebody who is on a customer advocacy team of one, that means the absolute world.

Any time I have a question or feedback, the Vouch team is super fast at hopping on a call and responding. They have taken things off of my plate that I did not expect them to. 

A huge shout out to the product team that is just continuously rolling out different product improvements. I feel like if I think in my head "Oh, I wish Vouch could do this". I get an email that says Vouch can now do this, which is amazing. 

How to collect customer stories without the friction

If, like Anna, you want to capture the voice of your customers, without distracting them from their day-to-day lives, here’s how to maximise Vouch.

1. Skip the calendar sync

When you create a campaign in Vouch, you set questions that can be answered asynchronously. No need to tie your customers to a particular date or time, or try and synchronise clashing calendars. They can simply reply whenever and wherever it suits them.

2. Ask only the questions that matter

Respect your customers' time by keeping questions to a minimum. If you’re unsure of what to ask, you can try out Vouch’s question templates that get straight to the point. You can also mark some questions as ‘optional’ to help your customers move through faster, or set a time limit to keep them on point.
