Vouch is one of the simplest tools that I have ever used
It is very easy to learn how to use it. And it's also easy for our customers to use when they're recording customer stories.
On the other side, one of my favourite things about Vouch is honestly the team behind the tool. The people who work at Vouch truly feel like an extension of my team. And as somebody who is on a customer advocacy team of one, that means the absolute world.
Any time I have a question or feedback, the Vouch team is super fast at hopping on a call and responding. They have taken things off of my plate that I did not expect them to.
A huge shout out to the product team that is just continuously rolling out different product improvements. I feel like if I think in my head "Oh, I wish Vouch could do this". I get an email that says Vouch can now do this, which is amazing.
How to collect customer stories without the friction
If, like Anna, you want to capture the voice of your customers, without distracting them from their day-to-day lives, here’s how to maximise Vouch.
1. Skip the calendar sync
When you create a campaign in Vouch, you set questions that can be answered asynchronously. No need to tie your customers to a particular date or time, or try and synchronise clashing calendars. They can simply reply whenever and wherever it suits them.
2. Ask only the questions that matter
Respect your customers' time by keeping questions to a minimum. If you’re unsure of what to ask, you can try out Vouch’s question templates that get straight to the point. You can also mark some questions as ‘optional’ to help your customers move through faster, or set a time limit to keep them on point.
