There’s a common thread we keep hearing from customers.
Hiring managers need roles filled yesterday. Employer brand teams are stuck pushing out static culture content. And recruiters - stuck in between - are buried under busy work, trying to get qualified candidates through the door with limited time, too many tools, and not enough support.
These three groups are supposed to work as one team. But in reality, they’re often siloed. Not just by org charts, but by disconnected tools, overlapping workflows, and a lack of shared visibility.
This breakdown in communication is slowing down hiring at the exact moment companies need to move faster.
That’s the problem we’re solving with Vouch. And today, we’re excited to share a few big updates.
We’ve just closed another round of funding with our longtime partners at OIF Ventures and Stage 2 Capital. Their continued support allows us to double down on our product vision, scale our global footprint, and accelerate the rollout of something customers are already buzzing about: our new AI workspace for recruiters.
Here’s what it is and why it matters.
Recruiters don’t need more content or products to log into. They need a smarter way to access the right asset (think content like job descriptions and brand narratives, latest policies, benefits, hiring briefs, and more), make it their own, and move fast. That’s why we’re building a workspace that connects the dots between employer brand, hiring managers, and recruiters, giving each team the tools and context they need, in one place, to attract and hire top talent.
The result is an AI hub dedicated to recruiters and talent teams. One that’s trained on the company’s brand, tone of voice, latest assets/documents and their employer brand content library. It helps them generate job posts, outreach messages, and candidate-facing materials - all on-brand, on-message, and in minutes. No more chasing assets. No more duplicating work. Just faster, better aligned, more effective hiring.

What we’re doing is resonating. We’ve tripled our revenue in the last year, with the bulk of this across the US and UK markets. Some of the biggest brands in the world - Warner Bros. Discovery, MongoDB, GoDaddy, and more - rely on us every day to create more engaging assets for their recruiting needs.
And with the opening of our new London office, led by our new EMEA GM, Andy Mallinson ...we’re just getting started.
