The opportunity

After onboarding some of the biggest brands globally in the last 12 months, we are now looking for a key marketing hire to drive our content strategy/output and broader lead generation goals. 

Reporting to the CEO/Co-founder, you will have the opportunity to be our foundational marketing hire globally and play a critical role in our content and broader marketing success.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a category-leading, fast-scaling software company and build your own content marketing program alongside experienced leadership from day one. 

In a typical week, you will:

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies aimed at building awareness and driving leads. 
  • Create high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, including LinkedIn posts, blog posts, webinars, whitepapers, case studies, and email campaigns.
  • Drive website traffic through targeted SEO and content marketing initiatives, maximising conversion opportunities.
  • Continually optimise our website messaging, visuals, structure and conversion funnel alongside our Creative Lead.
  • Work with our Creative Lead to create visually engaging assets for the web, social media and email, enhancing the overall user experience and brand presence.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success and product teams to align messaging, positioning, and marketing initiatives to support the sales funnel and create value for our customer base.
  • Leverage data analytics to measure, analyze, and optimize marketing efforts to increase demo bookings.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and competitor marketing to ensure our marketing remains cutting-edge.
  • Work with the CEO to manage the marketing budget, testing and iterating based on performance trends.

How you’ll succeed

To make an impact in this role, you’ll ideally have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B software marketing, with a strong track record in content or product marketing.
  • Strong writing skills, design sense and understanding of what drives the most engagement across our key marketing channels (predominantly LinkedIn, email and website).
  • Ability to take product updates/features and shape them with a strong commercial narrative and simple language
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn publishing strategies, growth levers and best practices.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content strategies to drive lead generation.
  • Strong visual design skills with experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Excellent collaboration & communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with teammates / internal stakeholders
