Customise your Message

Wording Updates

We’ve broadened the terminology in the product to match a more diverse range of uses for Vouch. You’ll find these sprinkled throughout the product but some of the key changes are below.

• Vouch Sent -> Request Sent
• Vouched -> Responded
• Customers -> Contacts
  

Other Improvements

• Collaborators can now invite colleagues to a Vouch team
• Play Links are now oEmbed compatible
• Contacts are no longer required to be associated with an organisation
• Identified Language now shown in Transcripts
