Record live interviews with Vouch Sync

Why we built it

We wanted to address two key challenges identified by our customers:

1. Providing Live Guidance. While asyncronous requests are great for on-demand video collection at scale, some situations call for some additional hand-holding – either to guide nervous participants through the recording experience, or allowing for live prompting and collaboration.
2. Catering for Long Form Interviews. If you’re writing a feature story or creating an in-depth video profile, it’s helpful to be able to have an unstructured conversation with your participants. It provides the ability to dig deeper, ask follow-up questions or prompt interviewees for more context or color. Not only is this helpful in capturing the best video edits, but the additional context also provides our generative AI feature – Ask Vouch – with a more robust dataset from which to write blogs, social posts and more.
