Key Functionality:

• New fields: Access a range of new fields when creating your collection forms including Location, Pronouns, Phone Number and more.
  
• Control what is included: Decide on a field by field basis what fields to display, what fields are required and what order the fields should be shown in.
  
• Re-label fields: Change the label on any fields to match the preferred terminology for your business (ie. Change Department to Team)
  
• Control at a global or request level: Set your preferred collection fields at a global level, or customise at a request by request level.
  
• Works with SSO: Enabling SSO on your requests? Map the fields from your IdP and have them automatically populated in Vouch without the need for any manual intervention.
• Automatic Association: Metadata added to respondents automatically propagates to any videos they are associated with, making it easier to keep your videos effectively categorised.
