Introducing Vouch Templates - an easier way to improve the quality, branding and design of your outputs with Vouch.
What are templates?
Templates are an easy and powerful way to control how your video output looks with Vouch. Create presets based upon your organization’s design requirements and then reuse across all your Vouch outputs to help improve the quality, consistency and impact of all your videos.
Can I customize templates?
All customers have the ability to customize the templates on their account, with the template editor offering the ability to change colours, display and orientation settings, as well as add intro and/or outro videos.

Improvements to sharing
The new template functionality is available throughout all the core sharing options included within your Vouch account. In addition to making Templates available, we have also taken the opportunity to improve our existing sharing options and simplify the user experience.
Some of the improvements include:
Playlink
- Greater control over Playlink branding, CTA & OG image on a per video basis
- Ability to apply a Template type globally or on a video-by-video basis
- Ability to hide captions or enable multi-lingual captions on your Playlink
Embeds
- Support for all Template types across the Vouch Embeds
- Ability to enable multi-lingual captions on your Embed
- Ability to specify what controls are available on the Embed at a granular level
- Support for pre-loading or lazy loading with your Embeds
- Improved responsiveness handling
- Four different Email Embed template types, Animated GIF, Static JPEG, Button and All-In-One.
Downloads
- Support for all Template types across the Vouch Downloads
- Support to burn translated captions on your Downloads
