The opportunity
After onboarding some of the biggest brands globally in the last 12 months, we are now looking for a foundational hire to join and scale Vouch in the region.
Reporting into the Head of Sales, you will be joining a high performing sales team to play a critical role in growing our customer base to drive revenue and overall company success.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a category leading, fast scaling software company and build a region out alongside experienced leadership from day one.
In a typical week, you will:
- Generate New Enterprise business: Engage with key targets to help them understand the value of Vouch and progress them in our sales process, generating qualified pipeline of new business for the Head of Sales.
- Prospect and Qualify Leads: Research, identify, and generate new leads in target industries. Utilise a mix of outbound and inbound tactics, including email, phone calls, social media, events and networking.
- Engage and Nurture: Initiate conversations with potential customers to understand their needs and present Vouch as the ideal solution. Build relationships to develop interest in our platform.
- Schedule Meetings: Set up meetings or product demos for the Head of Sales with qualified prospects, ensuring a smooth hand-off and maintaining a clear line of communication.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with our global sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies, align on messaging, and contribute to overall campaign success.
- Track and Report: Use CRM software to manage lead data, track progress, and report on key performance metrics. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to optimise outreach strategies.
- Stay Informed: Keep up to date with industry trends, Vouch’s product offerings, and competitor activities to effectively communicate our value proposition.
How you’ll succeed
To make an impact in this role, you’ll ideally have:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related role (B2B SaaS experience preferred).
- Experience outperforming in a high-growth sales environment at an early stage SaaS company (favourable).
- Strong communications skills (verbal & written) and the ability to convey the value of Vouch simply, as well as connect effectively with our global team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
- Self motivation and an internal drive to push towards goals.
- A hunger to to learn and a desire to progress your career in software sales.
